Ballroom Dance I
This class is specifically for beginners and advanced beginners. Learn the basics and more intricate patterns of the popular Ballroom dances of today. *Note: you must complete two 10-week sessions (20 weeks) of Ballroom I before moving on to Ballroom II with instructor approval. Registration required. (Level: Beginner & Adv.Beginner)
Ballroom Dancing II
Appear more polished on the dance floor. Concentrating on posture, styling and technique. Plus learn sophisticated advanced patterns of Ballroom Dances. Registration required. (Level: Intermediate)

Body Attack
A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Body Combat
The Workout with Punch! A high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a wide range of martial arts disciplines. Body Combat allows you to punch and kick your way to increased fitness levels. This class improves fat burning potential, muscle coordination, strength, flexibility and agility. Body Combat is suitable for anyone who wants a challenging and athletic class. (Level: All)
Body Flow
A combination class using the best exercises of Pilates, Yoga, & Tai-Chi. (Level: All)
Body Pump
The original barbell class. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. It strengthens, tones and defines like nothing else can. (Level: All)
Body Step
A step class with all the muscle but without the dance. (Level: All)
Boot Camp
Challenge yourself, burn calories quickly and tone every muscle group in your body. Class trains indoors at The Club and outdoors at various locations. (Level:All)
Chisel
This sculpting class bring the phrase FEEL THE BURN to life. It incorporates resistance & weight training with high reps. Take sculpting to the next level, chisel the cuts into your body. (Level: All)
Dancing Like the Stars - The Workout

Pilates Tower Reformer
Utilizing the basic technique of Pilates, this class integrates the equipment of the reformer and tower to aid in the strengthening and lengthening of the muscles in the body. Body changing results are remarkable. Class size is limited to 6. Registration Required (Level: All)

Chinese healing art that uses movement and mental focus to decrease tension and stress. (Level: All)
RPM
Another great class from Body Training Systems. Makers of Body Pump, Body Flow, & Body Step. This pre-choreographed, instructor-led indoor cycling class is as consistent as a cup of coffee from Starbucks! (Level: All)
Sculpt
Tone the muscles in your upper and lower body. Weights, tubing, body bars, and stability balls are used. (Level: All)
Senior Conditioning

Senior Strength Circuit

Sports Circuit

Tone, Stretch, & Stabilization (TSS)
This great class helps you to maintain a healthy back and improve your posture. You will develop the muscles that stabilize your spine with toning and stretching exercises. (Level: All)
TRX Suspension Class
This class helps build total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels, utilizing suspension straps. The TRX works every part of your body in 45 minutes, especially your core. This is the quickest way to get an effective cardio and muscle workout in less than one hour. (Level: All)
Water Works
A combination of low-impact aqua aerobics and muscle toning exercises set to fun energetic music. No swimming skills necessary. Functional swimwear and water shoes are recommended. (Level: All)
Yoga
