GROUP EXERCISE
• All of our instructors are certified in CPR and carry one the following certifications: ACE, AAFA or AAAI
• We have an extensive schedule that includes classes for: Pilates, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Aquatic Exercise, Indoor Cycling, and Mind & Body.
• The Club at Woodbridge is a Platinum status club for all of Les Mills which mean we carry 7 programs: Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Combat, Body Step, RPM and Body Attack.
TRX Suspension Class
This class helps build total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels, utilizing suspension straps. The TRX works every part of your body in 45 minutes, especially your core. This is the quickest way to get an effective cardio and muscle workout in less than one hour. (Level: All)

Zumba
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Sumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Pilates
• All of our Pilates instructors are certified by Stott, IM=X or Physical Mind.
• We offer a full weekly schedule of Pilates Mat, Pilates Tower Reformer and Pilates On the Ball
• All levels from beginner to advanced
Senior Programs
• Our schedule consists of: Cardio, Strength & Conditioning Aquatic Exercise and Mind & Body.
• We have a fun filled day for Seniors every year to coincide with Senior Health & Fitness day in May
Studios
The Club at Woodbridge features 5 Group Exercise studios to accommodate all of our member's needs. Studio A, B, & C are home to most of the Group Exercise classes. They are constructed with floating wood floors to help reduce impact on your joints.
Pilates Studio
• State-of-the-art Allegro Reformers with a tower by Balance Body.
• Also equipped with Pilates Fitness rings, weights, dowels, and physioballs to take traditional Pilates to the next level.
Spinning Studio
• 30 Schwinn Elite indoor spin bikes
• State-of-the-art stereo system
