Children are grouped according to age and development and taught by trained instructors.
Fun, musical themes, circle time, bubbles, free play, parachute, and songs all in our beautiful state of the art gym.

WEESPORTS PROGRAMS
Ages Birth to 4 years

(Birth to Crawling)
Parent/child class focusing on gross motor skills, songs, nursery rhymes, finger and free play. This class promotes parent discussion time regarding child development.
NEW ! - YOGA WITH MOM
(Birth to crawling)
A baby's natural state is bliss, born pure and innocent! Babies are here to give and to recieve love, but honestly it can get hectic sometimes. This yoga class is very basic: doing practical asanas that will help your baby and you relax. The benefits your baby can have will be better digestion, relief of gas and colic, stronger immune systems, peaceful sleep, body awareness and self-confidence.
NEW! - MOMMY (OR DADDY) & ME
(Walking - 2 yrs.)
Parent/child class focusing on gross motor skills, flexibility, songs and finger play, attention and awareness with parent.
NEW! - EARLY BIRD SPORTS CLUB
(2-1/2 yrs. - 3-1/2 yrs.)
A toddler class for child and parent. This class introduces the very young and their parent to soccer, basketball and baseball. The emphasis is on repetition of skills and cooperation. All equpment is size appropriate.
MINI GYM
(25 mos. - 29 mos.)
Mastering the basics...as your child grows dramatically, this parent/child program adds a new twist to help the 2-year-old master the basics, refine skills and move with better coordination and proficiency. The new challenges of jumping, rolling and tumbling are all added to this class for your child to enjoy. Pretend games and more age appropriate activities provide the opportunity to stretch the imagination. By the end of this class, your child will have improved his/her strength, flexibility and endurance. Parachute & bubbles too!
ROMP'n ROLL WITH MOM
(2-1/2 yrs - 3-1/2 yrs.)
Movement with confidence...this parent/child class helps teach your child to listen, think, communicate and socialize through circle time and free play. The objective is reached through a fun, loving approach to movement activities that will provide a foundation upon which to build more complex movements. Your child will become a more effective mover learning to complete tasks and increase attention span through playful games in our state of the art gym. Parachute & bubbles too!
INTRO TO PRESCHOOL
(2-1/2 yrs thru 4 years)
This without parent program is designed for your child to experience the magic of learning, cooperative play and social interaction with other children to help prepare them for their first preschool ecperience. Circle time, group games, small craft and a story included.
KIDSPORTS PROGRAMS
Ages 5 to 12 years
BASKETBALL I
(Beginner: Ages 4 yrs.-8 yrs.)
We teach all the basic rules and skills. Youngsters learn to dribble, pass and shoot. Time allotted at the end for scrimmaging to put instruction to use.
BASKETBALL II
(Ages 8 yrs. - 12 yrs.)
Basic skills and basic rules are still the main focus, but drills are more advanced. Time allotted at the end for scrimmaging.
NEW! - DRAWING...EASY AS 1,2,3!
(Grades 1 - 8)
Children will see how easy drawing can be by following the basic steps and by using simple shapes to breate their masterpiece. Students will be creating a still life, landscape and animal drawing.
NEW! - INTRO TO BALLET
(3 yrs. - 8 yrs.)
This class will provide an introduction to ballet body positions and steps. Focus will be on flexibility, coordination, balance and direction.
SOCCER SKILLS I
(Beginner: Ages 4 yrs. - 9 yrs.)
Teaches youngsters the fundamentals of soccer. Essential skills as dribbling, passing, and shooting are covered in instructional section. Scrimmage time for practice included each week.
SOCCER SKILLS II
(Beginner: Ages 8 yrs. - 12 yrs.)
For the older child who would like to learn soccer. This Class will teach same fundamentals as above. Practice/scrimmage time included.
FIT KIDS
(Beginner: Ages 4 yrs. - 5 yrs.)
This is a creative movement class that incorporates body awareness, cooperative games, exercise and the fundamentals in movements. Learn the basic introduction to sports. Kids have a great time in this class.
FITNESS FUN
(ages 6 yrs. - 9 yrs.)
This class will concentrate on skills for the older child. Cooperative games and coordination type skills are focused in this class.
NEW! - KRAFTY KIDS
(ages 4 yrs. - 8 yrs.)
Is your child an artist? If they love to paint, color, glue and design their own masterpieces, let them join us for an exciting class of inspiration and fun new projects every week.
PARENT & ME RACQUETBALL
(Ages 6 yrs. - 12 yrs.)
Looking for something different? Learn the fun game of racquetball in this parent / child class. This class will introduce you to the exciting game of racquetball, while enjoying time spent with your child. All equipment supplied, just wear your sneakers.
PEEWEE RACQUETBALL
(Ages 5 yrs. - 6 yrs.)
Fun activities geared to teach the game of racquetball, develop footwork and eye hand coordination. Great introduction to the exciting game of racquetball. All equipment supplied, just wear sneakers.
JUNIOR RACQUETBALL I Beginner
(Ages 8 yrs. - 11 yrs.)
Learn to play racquetball in a fun atmosphere. This class will help develop hand/eye coordination, gross motor skills and increase flexibility while having fun and burning energy. All court equipment including protective eye-wear will be provided. Students are required to wear laced court sneakers.
JUNIOR RACQUETBALL II Intermediate
(Ages 8 yrs. - 11 yrs.)
Sharpen your skills in racquetball. This class is for those who have taken Racquetball I and have learned the basic skills and are ready to move to the next level. Note: Students must have taken Racquetball I and have been moved up by the instructor. New students can be placed in this class only after being evaluated by the instructor.
JUNIOR RACQUETBALL LEAGUE
(Intermediate, Ages 7yrs. and up)
Ready for competition? Continue improving your skills by challenging your game. The best way to do that is to play a different opponent each week. Players must be rated prior to joining.
FAMILY BODY COMBAT
(parent/child 5 yrs. - 12 yrs.)
This class incorporates a wide variety of martial arts disciplines. You and your child could punch and kick your way to a better fitness level while enjoying exercise time together.
CARTOONING
(Grades 1 - 5)
Kids will have fun learning how to draw popular cartoon characters by drawing basic shapes and lines. Children will us colored pencils and markers.
TEEN RACQUETBALL
(Ages 12 yrs. & up )
Haven't found your game yet? This one is for you! Racquetball is an individual sport. Learn to play the game, improve your overall coordination and boost your self-esteem. Learn at your own level, everyone will be kept moving. All court equipment including protective eyewear will be provided. Students are required to wear laced court sneakers.
YOGA KIDS
(Ages 5 yrs. - 8 yrs.)
Fitness based class just like mom & dads classes. Same postures, breathing and techniques, although the kids will think we named the positions just for them. Increase strength and flexibility. Everyone works at their own pace.
ZUMBA FOR KIDS
(Ages 6 yrs. & up)
Kids will dance to latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create and exciting end dynamic atmosphere. They'll have so much fun they won't even know they are exercising!
NEW! - FAMILY ZUMBA (with parent)
(ages 5 yrs. & up)
Same as Zumba for Kids, but this class includes the parent.
PEAC (Total Athlete)
(Ages 7 yrs. - 18 yrs.)
For Athletes and Individuals that want to improve on all aspects of sport performance. PEAC at The Club will integrate the skills necessary to become quicker, faster, and stronger. The drills used will focus on explosiveness, power, strength, speed and agility. Total Athlete uses circut training to improve metabolic conditioning to excel in any sport. Total Athlete is also a highly effective class for non-athletes that are looking for fat loss and lean muscle gain. For more information please call The Club at 732-624-5000 and ask for ext. 144.
SCHOOL'S OUT CAMP / SUMMER CAMP
(Ages 3 yrs. - 12 yrs. ~ PreSchool thru sixth grade)
Kidsports "School’s Out" camp is a full day recreational camp offered to children in grades PreK thru 6, on days when the area’s schools are closed. This program is an extension of our very popular summer day camp! Our camp is supervised by our Kidsports professional staff. A typical day includes a variety of sports, swimming, obstacle course, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts, movies, etc. Kidsports supplies a daily snack. Kids bring their own lunch and drink each day.
• Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
• Extended hours available: 7:00am / 6:00pm.
A fantastic way for your kids to spend their days! We have camps during school holidays and winter and spring breaks. Your child will experience games, swimming, arts & crafts and much more. Call for our brochure and more details. Register early for summer camp.
