Pilates Mat
Pilates mat focuses on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture. This technique includes proper breathing and control over various muscle groups. Registration required. (Level: All)
Pilates On The Ball
Pilates class that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and posture using a physio ball. Registration required. (Level: All)
Pilates Tower Reformer
Utilizing the basic technique of Pilates, this class integrates the equipment of the reformer and tower to aid in the strengthening and lengthening of the muscles in the body. Body changing results are remarkable. Class size is limited to 6. Registration Required (Level: All)
Qi-Gong
Chinese healing art that uses movement and mental focus to decrease tension and stress. (Level: All)
