PEAC

Introduction:

"Welcome to the Club at Woodbridge's new Performance Enhancement Athletic Center. In every aspect of life, performance counts. Your physical performance today shapes your future athletic success."

What is PEAC?

PEAC is a program for any athlete with a desire to perform better. This program is designed to build confidence as well as increase speed, endurance, strength, flexibility, and more.

Who is PEAC for?

Anyone with a desire to be a better athlete, increase confidence or lose weight can benefit from PEAC training classes. Designed for children ages 7 & up through adults, the program is suitable for all levels and sports.

What's in PEAC?

The brand new 14,000 square-foot center features a 3-lane sprint track, grass turf section, multi purpose court, specialized speed and strength-training equipment, and conference area for students, parents and coaches. PEAC will help to make true progress in overall sports performance by creating a specialized individual training based on the athlete's performance assessment. This assessment consists of specific testing and evaluating of each athletes overall strengths and weaknesses. Utilizing and infra red timing system as well as vertical jump testing and careful screening of the athletes running technique, the PEAC certified training staff develops an action plan to maximize the athletes performance.

How do I get started?

All athletes need to know the keys to maximize their performance:

• understand their current level of athletic development
• identify performance based strengths and weaknesses
• evaluating functional weaknesses that will hold them back form achieving athletic greatness

After an individual evaluation, each student is placed in a group based on their age and ability level. PEAC offers a cutting-edge training experience through three levels of small group training. One on one training is also available.

How long are classes?

Each PEAC class is one hour long. Students are recommended to take 2 - 3 PEAC classes a week. We offer a very flexible schedule to accommodate the busy lives of today's families. A PEAC class includes working with a certified PEAC trainer on specialized equipment, speed drills on the track, flexibility and balance exercises, nutrition advice, plus so much more.

The Club at Woodbridge is proud to have a select staff of certified trainers, including:
