Group Classes
Swimfants
(Ages 6 mo. to 2 years - 30 min.)
Water familiarization at an early age. It's fun time with a parent who is required in the water with the child. Bubbles and kicking made fun as your child learns to respect the water with you. Great bonding experience.
You & Me Toddler
(Ages 2 yrs. to 4 yrs. - 30 min.)
For children who are new to the water and require a parent in the pool with them. This class will begin developing breath control and buoyancy through song and game. Children will get comfortable taking turns with their instructor with the goal of getting the parents out of the water by the end of the session.
Toddler Splash
(Ages 2 1/2 yrs. to 3 yrs. - 30 min.)
A class for students ready to swim without a parent that will focus on adjusting to the water, breath control, floating and building independence & confidence in the water. Prior experience in You and Me Toddler required, unless approved by the instructor.
Pre-School Splash I
(Ages 4 yrs. to 5 yrs. - 30 min)
This intro class will build confidence with buoyancy and breath control, develop independent prone glides and introduce basic swimming on the front and back.
Pre-School Splash II
(Ages 4 yrs to 5 yrs. - 30 min.)
This class for students who are swimming independently, developing proper breath exchanges, rollovers and elementary backstroke.
Pre-School Splash III
(Ages 4 yrs to 5 yrs. - 30 min.)
This advanced class for students performing independent breath exchanges,they will prefect the rollover and elementary backstroke and introduce basic backstroke and freestyle.
Beginner I
(Ages 6 yrs. - 10 yrs. - 45 min)
For new students who can not swim independently. This class will teach breath control and floating.
Beginner I - Pre Teen
(Ages 11 yrs. to 15 yrs. - 45 min.)
A beginner class for older swimmers. This faster class will focus on the American Crawl and the Back Crawl.
Beginner II
(Ages 6 yrs. & up - 45 min)
Students will learn paddling, elementary backstroke, rollovers and be introduced to freestyle and backstroke. Students must be completely comfortable going under water and floating on their back.
Jr. Advanced Beginner
(Ages 5 - 6 yrs. - 45 min)
Students will learn backstroke and freestyle. Students must be able to swim at least half the length of the pool without assistance.
Advanced Beginner
(Ages 6 yrs. & up - 45 min)
Students will learn backstroke and freestyle. Students must be able to swim at least half the length of the pool without assistance.
Stroke Mechanics I
(Ages 7 yrs. & up - 45 min)
Students will build swimming endurance, master alternate rotary breathing for freestyls, and be introduced to breaststroke and butterfly. Students must be able to swim the entire length of the pool on their front and back.
Stroke Mechanics II
(Ages 7 yrs. & up - 45 min)
This advanced class will teach breaststroke and butterfly, sidestroke, push offs and flip turns while building endurance with all strokes.
Swim Team Prep
(Ages 7 yrs. & up - 45 min)
The swim team style class will give students the opportunity to perfect their racing technique and build endurance. Proper turns and push offs will be taught. Before taking this course, students should be able to swim 2 lengths of each stroke with proper technique.
Adult Beginner
(Ages 15 yrs. & up - 45 min.)
No previous instruction. Learn the basic strokes and breathing mechanics. Feel safe and secure around the water.
TRIPLE PRIVATE CLASSES
ONLY 3 STUDENTS PER 30 MINUTE CLASS /4 STUDENTS FOR 45 MINUTE CLASS
More personalized attention and the opportunity to learn by watching others. It's the best of both private and group lessons combined. Students are separated by age and then ability. A progressive curriculum that focuses on the needs of each individual student.
Jellyfish
(Ages 2yrs. & 3yrs.)
Level 1 (30 min)
A class for students ready to swim without a parent that will focus on adjusting to the water, breath control, floating and building independence and confidence in the water.
Level 2 (30 min)
For students who are showing some independence in the water, this class will focus on developing basic swimming on the front and back.
Level 3 (30 min)
This advanced level will introduce independent breathing and rollover recovery while introducing elementary backstroke.
Goldfish
(Ages 4yrs. - 5yrs.)
Level 1 (30 min)
This intro class will focus on safety by building confidence with buoyancy and breath control. Skills taught will include front and back floats, proper kicking and prone glides.
Level 2 (30 min)
For intermediate preschoolers, this class teaches paddling, elementary backstroke and rollovers. Students must be completely comfortable going under water and floating on their back.
Level 3 (30 min)
For our most advanced preschoolers, this class teaches backstroke and freestyle arms. Children must be able to swim independently with their face in the water without floatation.
Level 4 (ages 3 1/2 - 5 yrs. - 30 min)
This advanced level will introduce side breathing and build upon backstroke and freestyle. Students will also build endurance by using previously learned skills to swim the length of the pool.
Sea Horse Sea Turtle
(Ages 6yrs. - 7yrs.) (Ages 7yrs. - 9yrs.)
Level 1 (45 min)
For new students who can not swim independently. This class will teach breath control and floating.
Level 2 (45 min)
Students will learn paddling, elementary backstroke, rollovers and will be introduced to freestyle and backstroke arms. Students must be completely comfortable going under water and floating on their back.
Level 3 (45 min)
Students will learn backstroke and freestyle. Students must be able to swim at least half the length of the pool without assistance.
Level 4 (45 min)
Students will build swimming endurance, master alternate rotary breathing for freestyle, and be introduced to breaststroke and butterfly. Students must be able to swim the entire length of the pool on their front and back.
Level 5 (45 min Ages 6 - 9 yrs)
Students will learn breaststroke, butterfly, push offs and flip turns while building endurance with all strokes.
Seal
(Ages 10 & up)
(30 min)
This class for the older student will let them learn at their own pace. Confidence in bouyancy and breath control will be developed and basic strokes will be taught.

We reserve the right to cancel class due to insufficient enrollment.
