PERSONAL TRAINING

Did you know that 75% of people who exercise are not getting the results they want? But of the 25% of people who are getting results, 90 % of them are working with a personal trainer. This statistic comes from IDEA, the International Health & Fitness Organization. The Club at Woodbridge offers both one-on-one personal training and group personal training. Personal training is the best way to reach your fitness goals. Personal training is no longer for just the elite person; here at The Club we cater to a wide variety of clientele. Whether you are the top athlete recovering from a specific medical condition, or just an “average” person who wants to get back into shape, we have a trainer to fit your needs. Working out one-on-one with a personal trainer is the fun way to get faster results. Not only will the trainer provide you with the extra motivation you need to reach your fitness goals more quickly, they will also ensure that you’re using proper form and exercising in a safe manner.

All personal trainers have either a degree in the health & fitness field, and/or are certified from one of the following national organizations. (ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or NASM) The trainer’s backgrounds include, but are not limited to exercise physiologists, athletic trainers, & physical education teachers.
After your free comprehensive fitness evaluation, you and your trainer sit down to assess your fitness goals & develop a personalized exercise program that your trainer will personally monitor, while providing regular guidance and motivation in a one-on-one setting.
Personal Training at The Club at Woodbridge is available in a few different formats. We offer standard one-on-one training, semi-private or partner training, as well as group training.
Types of Training
One-on -One: This is the most focused and demanding training available. All your trainer’s attention will be focused on your needs and goals. You work on a program developed by you and your trainer to reach your desired results. Standard one-on-one training can be purchased per session or in a package.

• 3 Sessions-------$159.00
• 6 Sessions-------$270.00

Partner Training: This is similar to one-on-one, but you have one other person with you during your time. This can be a friend or a loved one who can keep you motivated and accountable with your training. The advantage to this type of training is a discounted rate per session, while still having the focus of your trainer and your goals.
• 6 Sessions---------$ 180.00 per person
Group Training: This takes partner training a step further by putting you with a trainer in a group of three or more. The groups work together on common goals during a pre-set re-occurring appointment time. The advantage is that this is the most economical way to get started with training in a fun active setting.
• 6 sessions 3 in a Group---$150.00 per person
• 6 sessions 4 in a Group---$135.00 per person
• 6 sessions 5 in a Group---$120.00 per person
